1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and participating in any experience offered by SoulX Experiences, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions. We recommend that you read this document carefully before completing your reservation.
2. Bookings and Participation
- Booking a spot on our tours is subject to availability and will be confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received.
- It is the user’s responsibility to provide truthful and complete information at the time of booking.
- SoulX Experiences reserves the right to modify the itinerary for operational reasons or force majeure, always ensuring a high-quality experience.
3. Cancellation Policies
Cancellations by the Client:
- Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 72 hours before the scheduled start of the tour. To do so, you must contact us by email, providing your booking details.
- If the cancellation is requested less than 72 hours in advance, no refund will be issued.
- In case of no-show on the day of the tour, there will be no right to a refund or rescheduling of the experience.
Cancellations by SoulX Experiences:
- In exceptional situations (such as adverse weather conditions or force majeure), SoulX Experiences reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the experience. In these cases, the client will be offered the option of a full refund or a change of date.
Refunds:
- If a refund is applicable as described above, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
4. Liability and Safety
- The participant declares to be in suitable health to take part in the tour and assumes the inherent risks of the activity, including the consumption of food and beverages, walking, and exposure to weather conditions.
- SoulX Experiences is not responsible for food allergies not communicated in advance nor for incidents arising from the consumption of products during the tour.
- The consumption of alcoholic beverages is reserved for those over 18 years old. The client assumes responsibility for their behavior during the experience.
